Dire Avenger Exarch is finished. I decided to go with the duel Avenger Catapults (4 shots a turn, 5 with bladestorm). I'm currently working on the squad, but here is the Exarch alone.

Yes, the Exarch has been slightly repainted. You can't tell from the photo, but the helmets are Ultramarine blue [a rich blue] while the armour is Shadow gray [blue with a hint of gray].

What is that, like the 8th for you? dire avenger exarch is awesome, hadn't seen that arm pose in the preview stuff. i was worried i'd have to really $#%^ up the model if the boxed set only included a power weapon & shimmer shield version. can't wait to unload a 10-man squad with that exarch + bladestorm = 33 S4 shots. throw in a TL scatter laser on their serpent, adios muchachos. see you saturday probably. later
